Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information EASEAMP collects when you visit this website or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have tried to keep it short and plain.
// 01Who we are
EASEAMP is a sole proprietorship operated by Joel from India. In this policy, “EASEAMP”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that business. You can reach us at joel@easeamp.com.
// 02Information we collect
We collect only what we need, and only in these ways:
- What you send us. When you email us, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you choose to write or attach.
- What you share to work with us. If you become a client, we may receive business details, project requirements, documents, and access to the accounts, tools or platforms we need to do the work.
- Basic technical data. Like any website, the servers that deliver this site may keep standard logs such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. We use these only to keep the site running and secure.
This website has no sign-up, no forms and no user accounts, and it does not use advertising or analytics trackers or set cookies of its own.
// 03Third-party services on this site
A few things on this site are loaded from other companies, which means your browser contacts their servers and they can see your IP address and browser details:
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used on the site.
- randomuser.me supplies the portrait pictures shown in the Problem section of the home page.
- Gmail. The “Send an email” buttons and email links open Gmail in a new tab. Anything you write there is handled by Google under its own terms and privacy policy.
We do not control how these services handle data. Please see their own privacy policies for details.
// 04How we use information
We use the information we hold to:
- reply to your enquiries and prepare proposals;
- plan, build, deliver and support the work you hire us for;
- communicate with you about projects, invoices and payments;
- keep this website and our systems secure; and
- meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
// 05Your data on client projects
Information and access you give us for a project is used only to deliver that project. We ask clients to share only what is needed, and we work inside your own accounts and platforms wherever possible. Details of how we handle a particular project’s data are set out in the agreement for that project.
// 06Who we share it with
We share personal information only when it is needed to run the business or deliver your work, for example with:
- service providers such as email, hosting, file storage, payment and project tools, and any third-party platforms your project is built on;
- professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers; and
- authorities, where the law requires it.
Some of these providers may store or process information outside India.
// 07How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business, tax and accounting records. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
// 08Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
// 09Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and related laws, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct or update it;
- delete it, where we no longer need it or are not required to keep it; and
- stop using it, by withdrawing any consent you have given.
Email joel@easeamp.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you have a complaint, write to the same address and we will try to resolve it. You may also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
// 10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make a significant change, we will say so on this page.
